Process

The operation process of the Peanut Oil Refining Equipment mainly includes the following steps:

1. Raw material preparation:
Use the pressed peanut crude oil as the raw material for refining to ensure that the quality of the crude oil meets the refining requirements.

2. Degumming treatment:
Use the hydration degumming method or the acid degumming method to convert the colloid substances such as phospholipids in the crude oil into water-soluble substances.
Remove these water-soluble substances through centrifugal separation equipment to improve the purity of the oil.

3. Deacidification treatment:
Use the alkali refining deacidification method to add an appropriate amount of alkali solution to the crude oil.

4. Decolorization treatment:
