The process flow of peanut oil refining equipment mainly includes four main steps: raw material pretreatment, oil extraction by pressing, refining and purification, and finished product storage and packaging. First, the peanuts are cleaned, screened, shelled, crushed, and softened. Then, the oil in the peanut kernel is squeezed out through the press to form crude oil. Next, the crude oil is refined by degumming, deacidification, decolorization, deodorization and other refining treatments to remove impurities and harmful substances and improve the quality and stability of the oil. Finally, the refined peanut oil enters the finished product storage tank for storage, and quality inspection and packaging are carried out regularly to ensure the safety of the product and meet market demand.
